Cast or Aluminum Heads on a 502?

I was wondering if you could help? I have a 21 foot tunnel I am about to put a new 502 crate motor in, a lot of people have told me to use the 450 horse with cast heads instead of the 502 horse with aluminum heads because this will be an open cooling system dual stage thermostat but they say it is for corrosion reasons. What are your thoughts?

Unless your boat is in salt water, I would not have a concern. Go for it, you will have more fun.
