Mariner Bogging

Randy I hope you can help. I have 1997 115 mariner with four carbs. Runs great at idle, slow speed, and high speed. The problem is when you go get up on a plain and punch it, it bogs down runs kind of rough, then all of a sudden its like instant power and runs perfect at all speeds even idle. Does not do it all time but most of the time. I put new fuel filter, good gas, and used seafoam. I want to know what to do before I start wasting money on stuff that it is not. It sounds like something minor there again I am no expert. Thank you very much for your time!!!!!

Have the carb gone through. I had one just like it this summer. Dirt and such (bad gas, varnish) is the most likely problem and the only cure is to clean them.
