Roughneck Setup

I picked up a boat that looks a lot like a viper but is caller a roughneck. I wanted to get a Hydrostream but didnít workout the v king I was looking at had a rotten transom and was in pretty bad shape and he was high on the price. The roughneck is in good shape but I donít know how to set it up Iím running a 140 Johnson. Can this boat be set up like a viper with a 2" jackplate with an old merc inline chopper or a Yamaha drag prop? If so what pitch do I run? Also what cc can I have the heads shaved to and still run stock pistons and rods and still run premium gas? Any info on this boat or where I can get info will be greatly appreciated.

I don't know much of anything on the roughneck. Leave the heads alone, rig it and go for a test run. Prop selection can only be made afterward.
