Johnson Height on Viper

I recently pulled the original 140 Johnson off the old viper and am getting ready to replace it with an 06' carbureted 150 Johnson.  I was planning on bolting it straight to the original motor mounts.  Do you foresee a problem with this?  I'm not shooting for any record speeds but I would still like the boat to handle nice.

Jack it up on the original holes as far as it goes. (4 hole) I would start with a 4 blade (Renegade maybe) and see how it goes.
